One Size Does Not Fit All

Health and wellness are defined differently by every single person.  To some people, it is being free of sickness.  To others, it's weighing a certain amount.  If each person has a different definition of what "being well" looks like to them, why would the prescription to get there be the same for everyone?

A one size fits all approach will only produce one result, but with a wide range of goals, there need to be options.

Having worked in this field over 12 years, the biggest take away I have learned is that everyone is different.  Goals, motivations, and even the way the body responds to certain things will be different from one person to the next.

Working with a coach will be the game changer needed to see what is best for you and your body.  Educating yourself on health, nutrition, wellness and what your body needs specifically can make all the difference in the world.  Having someone to keep you accountable, keep you moving forward in the right direction and to be an unbiased outlet for you might be the missing piece of the wellness puzzle you are putting together.

Your health is with you for life.  Things like sneakers, cars and other material objects aren't, so why not invest in your longest relationship - Your health.
