Pick your poison. 9 times out of 10 I would bet that no matter which "diet" you chose, if you stuck to it you would see results.
Want to know why? Because it's about consistency. It's about moderation. It's about quality and quantity.
There is nothing sexy about eating similar things day in and day out. There is nothing sexy about being patient and trusting the process. Calling what you do by a fancy name such as "paleo" or "keto" or whatever it is, that's sexy. You sound sophisticated and educated, so sexy right?
Because the alternative is to say you eat whole foods, in moderation and are consistent in the amounts you eat. Not sexy.
Here's the tough love. Stop looking for sexy. Stop looking for the easy way out. Figure out what works for you. Figure out something thats sustainable for your lifestyle. Figure out a way that you can eat to reach your goals but be happy doing it. Life is short. Why be miserable in the name of food.
I saw something online the other day that spoke to me. It said "In 10 years you will not care what you weighed on October 10, 2018. You will care about your relationship with food." Learn to have a better relationship with food. Learn what works for you. I promise, you are a sexy human and do not need some fancy sexy diet name to prove it.
