Health and wellness are defined differently by every single person. To some people, it is being free of sickness. To others, it's weighing a certain amount. A one size fits all approach will only produce one result, but with a wide range of goals, there need to be options.
Having worked in this field over 12 years, the biggest take away I have learned is that everyone is different. Goals, motivations, and even the way the body responds to certain things will be different from one person to the next.
Working with a coach will be the game changer needed to see what is best for you and your body.
